Return and Exchange Policy | Al Sahel Store

We are committed to providing a safe and satisfying shopping experience. Below is our clear and transparent policy regarding returning toys, exchanging electric bikes, and returning women’s dresses:


1. Return of Toys & Exchange of Bikes Electric & Sports Bikes:

  • Bikes can only be exchanged in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
  • The request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The bike must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.

Toys (for kids or adults):

  • We accept toy returns only in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
  • The request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • The toy must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return of Women’s Dresses

  • Exchanging women's dresses is only allowed if the size does not fit.
  • The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be submitted within 2 days of order receipt.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us through one of the following methods:

Include your order number, product type, and the reason for return or exchange (with images if applicable).

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, Al Sahel Store will cover all shipping costs.
If the reason is unrelated to a defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Additional Terms

  • No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
  • We recommend taking photos of your order immediately upon receipt, especially if damaged during shipping.
